This is a 10* NON-CONFERENCE TOM on the OVER Isles/Hawks.

Both teams have been involved in several lower-scoring games of late, but all signs point to a wide-open shootout here finally in my opinion.

Clearly, both teams are in dire need of a victory. We can expect a more wide-open pace here in this non-conference matchup though.

The Isles have lost three straight and seen the total go UNDER in three straight, but note that NY has in fact seen the total go OVER the number in eight of its last 11 after playing to three or more straight UNDERS in a row.

The Hawks have lost four of their last five and they've seen the total go UNDER in five straight, but note that Chicago has seen the total eclipse the posted number in seven of its last ten after playing to five or more straight UNDERS in a row.

All signs point to this total flying OVER the number sooner, rather than later.
