Note that New York has seen the total go UNDER the number in nine of 12 this year when playing with two days of rest and in 12 of 21 following a divisional contest, while Anaheim has seen the total dip below the posted number in 12 of 20 home games when the total in the contest is set at 5 and in 11 of 20 non-conference games.
The bottom line: New York has lost two straight, while Anaheim has dropped three of its last four. These two playoff bound teams will be looking to shore up some shoddy play of late and we anticipate this focus to translate into a classic lower-scoring battle which will have a playoff like atmosphere surrounding it.
