"We know how important it was. Probably the game of the year." Despite all of this though, the Wizards still have a mathematical shot at making the postseason, but know that they'll have to tighten things up defensively as they're 0-6 this month when giving up more than 104.6 PPG. Washington will also be eager to atone for an inexcusable 108-104 setback to LA at home on December 2nd. The Lakers come in off a 116-105 loss to Denver on Friday, their sixth defeat in the last seven games. Note that Washington has seen the total go UNDER the number in six of ten this year off an upset loss as a favorite, while LA has seen the total dip below the posted number in 17 of 27 non-conference games and in three of four after playing to three or more consecutive OVERs.
