This is an 8* play on the Cleveland Indians.

This is a major mismatch on the mound and we're expecting the home side to take full advantage. The visitors hand the ball to Ubaldo Jimenez (2-5, 6.04 ERA) who was rocked for six runs off eight hits and three walks over 5.2 innings on Sunday vs. the Angels. It was the second straight start that Jimenez had given up six runs, now 12 earned runs in his last ten innings of work. In nine outings so far this year, Jimenez has just two quality starts and note that he's been particularly horrible in this spot all season, going 0-3 with a deplorable 7.02 ERA on the road and an even worse 0-2 with an atrocious 10.45 ERA in all day games. The home side counters with Danny Salazar (4-3, 2.32) who is coming off his worst outing of the season, giving up four runs off eight hits while striking out three over four innings in a loss to the red hot Red Sox on Sunday. Note though that it was the first time in nine starts that he'd given up more than three runs in an outing. Salazar will now look to get back on track in front of the home town crowd where he's already a blistering 2-1 with a tiny 1.23 ERA (also owns a highly respectable 2.60 ERA in all day games thus far). In our professional opinion, this is the very definition of "great line value." Play on the INDIANS.
