This is a 10* TOTAL OF THE MONTH on the UNDER between Syracuse and Clemson.
REASONING: Syracuse is 7-4 in the ACC after upsetting Virignia at home on Saturday. But note, the Orange are only 1-5 on the road. Clemson owns a 5-6 ACC record and has a lot more work to do to make the NCAA Tournament. These teams played one game last year and Clemson beat Syracuse 74-73 on the road in OT. Syracuse though comes in having won four straight. The Orange were down 34-22 at half before outscoring Virginia by 14 in the second. Andrew White III leads the team on a nightly basis with 17.4 PPG. Syracuse is average on the offensive end with an average of 76.5 PPG. The Orange though are above average defensively in allowing just 69.2 per contest. The Tigers come in off a 48 points loss to No. 15 Florida State. The Seminoles went on to hit 17 3-pointers. Note that Clemson averages 74.8 PPG and allows 70.8. Note though that Syracuse has seen the total go UNDER the number in three of its last four road games when the total in the contest is in the 145 to 149.5 points range, while Clemson has seen the total go UNDER in five of its last six as a home fav in the 3.5 to six points range. Both teams are hungry for wins and we're expecting a war where every shot is contested. Play the UNDER.
