We like the Los Angeles Dodgers to defeat the New York Yankees in Game 4 of the World Series on Tuesday at 8:08pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Ever since the miraculous Game 1 win for the Dodgers, this series has been all LA. They have shown how good they really are and it's pretty much all over now.

Only one time has a team ever came back from down 3-0 in a best-of-seven playoff series in the MLB. That means that teams up 3-0 are 39-1 (98%) to win the series. 31 of those teams went on to sweep the opposing team (78%.)

The Dodgers are now 9-2 in their last 11 games played on the road.

NYY are in a hitting slump right now and there's nothing they can do about it. LAD's bullpen has been very strong.

The Yanks are also just 1-4 in their last five games at home vs. Los Angeles after Game 3's defeat.

Luis Gil didn't look great against the Guardians in his only playoff start so far. He went just four innings and allowed two runs. He was in a jam all evening allowing six baserunners.
