Our selection is on the Dallas Mavericks to defeat the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday at 3:40pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Dallas still has a possibility of getting the number 9 seed instead of the number 10 seed. -- Would need to win and have Sacramento lose.

The Mavericks played really well against Toronto in their last game and will be looking to go into the Play-In Tournament on a two game win streak.

They are 6-1 versus the spread over their L7 road games against the Grizzlies.

Memphis has lost back-to-back games and will be resting guys due to not being able to make it out of the Play-In Tournament anymore.

The Grizzlies won't have the same ability to score a lot as they normally do and that will hurt today.

We're on Dallas to win outright.
