THis is a major pitching mismatch on Sunday and I am backing the Texas Rangers. The Rangers are finishing up a long road trip and I expect them to grab a win on the road here on Sunday afternoon.
AJ Griffen is only 3-1 but he has very good stuff and always starts off very strong. He is building his endurance and I look for him to give Texas a solid 6 or 7 innings here today.
Royals starter Edinson Volquez has been having command issues and several of the Texas hitters have very solid numbers against him.
Look for division leaders Texas to take care of business and get the win here led by Ian Desmond and Adrian Beltre.
