The Detroit Pistons are playing great basketball here at the start of the campaign. They aim for their fourth straight win as they host the Atlanta Hawks Friday night, and I think this will be an easy win for the home team. Note that Detroit is 8-3 SU and 8-2-1 ATS on the season.

Atlanta has won just two games all season, although it has played better in its two most recent games, first beating Cleveland then losing by just three points at Boston. This is a tough spot though with a matchup against the Wizards at Washington on deck tomorrow.

Pistons are 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 home games vs. a team with a losing road record and they won two of the three head-to-head meetings with Atlanta last season, including the lone matchup in Detroit 118-95.
