The San Diego Padres are just one win from the playoffs following a 4-0 win in Game 1 of the three-game series on Tuesday. The Braves just barely made it to the wild card round, and I do not think they can threaten the Padres, not even with Max Fried on the mound. Fried gave up three runs on nine hits in 4 1/3 innings when he faced the Padres back in May, and the Padres have had good success against left-handers all season.
