The Coach's Monday NBA Massacre
(NBA) Milwaukee vs. Toronto,
Point Spread: 7.00 | -113.00 Milwaukee (Away)
Result: Win
Point Spread: 7.00 | -113.00 Milwaukee (Away)
Result: Win
The Milwaukee Bucks are north of the border to visit the red hot Toronto Raptors. The Raptors have won six of seven coming in and one of them came against the same Bucks. Milwaukee meanwhile has been pretty good of late as well with wins in four of five coming in. The Bucks look to be undervalued in this situation and cover is imminent with a strong possibility of an outright win.
Here are my keys to the game:
Bucks playing hot- John Henson had 14 points eight boards and four blocks to help the Bucks beat Portland 95-88 on Saturday for their season high-tying third consecutive win. The Bucks have covered the spread in five straight games.
Bucks continued strong defensive play- The Bucks are also allowing opponents to shoot just 43.5 percent this season, a figure that bodes well against Toronto, which is 8-10 when shooting 44 percent or worse.
Raptors and Bucks ATS trends- The Bucks are a tremendous 21-9 ATS on the road this season and 20-6 ATS as the underdog. Toronto is just 11-14 ATS on home court this season.
X-Factor Brandon Knight has killed the Raptors in his career and will look to do so again as the Bucks look for revenge.
Selection: This is a play on the Milwaukee Bucks (8*)
