The Calgary Flames have been red hot of late, coming off three consecutive wins and winning four of their last five. Tonight they'll be up against an even hotter team in the Ottawa Senators though, as they've suffered only one defeat over their last eight match-ups. There is a lot at stake here for two teams looking to sneak into the playoffs, so don't expect to see a lot of scoring chances.
Here are my keys to the game:
1. Goaltending - The Sens have been riding a hot rookie goaltender in Andrew Hammond. Craig Anderson could be back in goal here though, looking to keep building on the momentum he had built up prior to the injury going 7-3-3 with a 2.03 GAA over 13 contests.
2. Special Teams - The Sens own one of the league's best penalty killing units, killing off 82.3 percent of their short-handed situations. Neither of these teams rank in the top half of the league on the power-play.
3. X-Factor - The Under is 8-2-1 in Flames last 11 in the third game of a 3-in-4 days situation.
Selection: This is a play on CAL@OTT to go UNDER the total
