This is a 10* EAST-COAST EXPRESS on the OVER between the Boston Bruins and the Washington Capitals.

As note that Boston has seen the total go OVER the number in six of nine against teams with winning records this season, while Washington has seen the total go OVER in 18 of its last 21 in the same position.
The bottom line: We're expecting a faster paced game and for this one to fly OVER as it comes down the stretch.
