Schule's MLB AFTERNOON EXECUTIONER - **EARLY START**
(MLB) Toronto vs. Houston, 05/17/2015 10:10 AM, Score: 2 - 4
Point Spread: 1.50 | -155.00 Toronto (Away)
Result: Loss
This is an 8* play on the Toronto Blue Jays +1.5.

The Blue Jays are struggling, coming into today's game at Houston as losers of four straight and six of their last seven. It's certainly no fault of their offense, as they still lead the league in runs scored by a wide margin. Their pitching staff has let them down, but they turn to a reliable veteran here in Houston.

Mark Buehrle will toe the slab for the Jays, and he's coming off consecutive wins. Buehrle (5-2, 5.54 ERA) allowed a pair of runs on four hits over six innings in a 10-2 win over Baltimore his last time out. Prior to that he allowed one run on six hits over five innings in a 5-1 win over the Yankees. He won his only start at Houston over the last three years, surrendering just one run over eight innings.

The Astros hand the ball to Collin McHugh, who was roughed up his last time out. McHugh (4-1, 3.50 ERA) allowed seven runs on seven hits over just 4 2/3 innings in a loss to the Giants his last time out. He's struggled in Houston, allowing a dozen runs on 19 hits over 17 1/3 innings in three starts.

The Jays lineup his hitting .303 versus McHugh in previous meetings.

Take TOR.
