Game of the Year *NHL* - Schule's Hawks/Ducks *BLOCKBUSTER*
(NHL) Chicago vs. Anaheim, 05/17/2015 11:00 AM, Score: 1 - 4
Money Line: -129.00 Anaheim (Home)
Result: Win
This is a 10* play on the Anaheim Ducks.

The Chicago Blackhawks are in pursuit of their third championship since 2010, and it's definitely not easy to bet against a team of this pedigree. The Ducks are a formidable team in their own right, finishing with the best record in the West in each of the last two seasons. Anaheim may be labeled as a team that's choked in recent years, but I don't think that's a fair assessment. They lost in the second round of last year's playoffs in a seven game series versus the Kings, who went on to win the Cup. This year's team appears to be better equipped to go all the way, and perhaps the acquisition of Ryan Kesler is enough to put them over the top. Kesler was the MVP of the Vancouver team that lost to Boston in the Cup Finals in 2011, and he's a former Selke Trophy winner, and proven playoff performer. The Duck's big guns are firing on all cylinders, as Corey Perry leads the playoffs in scoring with 15 points. Anaheim cruised through the first two rounds, while Chicago did show signs of vulnerability. Corey Crawford lost his job in the first round series versus Nashville, and then stole it back in a sweep of Minnesota. The goaltending controversy for the Hawks might not be over yet, and with the Ducks owning home ice advantage in this series, I have to like their chances.

Take ANA.
