After winning nine straight to start the season, Montreal has fallen apart losing 12 of it's last 15. They've really missed starting goaltender Carey Price, who remains out with a leg injury. Mike Condon is just 4-7-1 with a 2.73 GAA filling in for Price, but he's stopped 63-of-67 shots in back to back wins against Boston and Tampa. Another reason for Montreal's struggles has been the absence of RW Brandon Gallagher, who missed 17 games with a broken finger. He returned for the Winter Classic, and has scored two goals in his first two games back. Gallagher is second on the team with 11 goals despite playing just 14 games. The Devils will be without their leading scorer Michael Cammilleri who is suffering from an upper body injury.
