The Oilers are back home in Edmonton after a three-game road trip which concluded with a 6-4 loss at Los Angeles Saturday. I think they're in for another loss to a California team when hosting the Anaheim Ducks Monday night.

The Ducks have held Edmonton to 13 goals over a 7-0-1 stretch in the series and they're coming off a 4-3 overtime win at Ottawa Saturday to improve to a 2-1-1 record on their road trip which will conclude with tonight's game. They've won 11 of their last 14 against teams with a losing record and are just three points back of the Kings for the Pacific Division title with a game in hand.

The Oilers meanwhile are 1-3-0 in their last four games and have the worst record in the conference. Success in front of the home fans have been sparse losing nine of their last 12 at Rexall Place.

Ryan Getzlaf is riding a three-game point-streak and has four points in his past three meetings with Edmonton.
