Seattle will host Oakland in the final game of a three game set at Safeco on Sunday, and the home team is looking to avoid a sweep. You have to like Seattle's chances with ace Felix Hernandez on the mound.

Hernandez was solid in a losing effort on Opening Day, allowing three runs (only one earned) on one hit and five walks while striking out six in in six innings. He should be able to bounce back at home, where he is 26-15 with a 2.81 ERA over the last three seasons. He's also owned Oakland, going 9-2 with a 2.33 ERA in 14 starts against the A's since 2013.

The A's hand the ball to Chris Bassitt, who was roughed up by Chicago in his season debut. The right-hander gave up four runs on eight hits over just 5 1/3 innings, surrendering a home run and a pair of walks.

Felix has 22 career wins against Oakland, the most of any team in the majors. He's 4-0 with a 2.43 ERA in five home starts against the A's since 2014.
