Fulmer (9-2, 2.13 ERA) allowed a pair of runs on six hits over eight innings in a home win over the Royals his last time out. He's 7-2 with a 2.43 ERA in 10 starts on the road, and 2-0 with a 1.29 ERA in his last three starts.

The White Sox hand the ball to Jacob Turner, and he's looking to bounce back after a disastrous season debut. The 25 year old was torched for eight runs on seven hits over four innings in an 8-1 loss to the Angels. He has twice as many losses as he does wins (11-26) and a career ERA over 5.00.

Only the Royals have scored fewer runs than the White Sox in the American League this season.
