Washington will hand the ball to Stephen Strasburg (13-1, 2.83 ERA) who was roughed up in his only loss the last time he pitched. he gave up six runs and seven hits in six innings along with two HR's. The Nats are finding ways to lose games and watched as the Indians scored three runs in the bottom of the ninth to win last night. They have dropped six of their last eight games overall.
