Rogers' *10* DIVISION TOP TICKET >> Had Atlanta Thursday!
(NFL) Pittsburgh vs. Baltimore, 11/06/2016 8:00 AM, Score: 14 - 21
Point Spread: 3.00 | -125.00 Pittsburgh (Away)
Result: Loss
The set-up: The Steelers and Ravens have developed into one of the great NFL rivalries over the last decade and will meet in Baltimore on Sunday. Both teams are off a bye with the Steelers at 4-3 and the Ravens at 3-4. How closely have these two bitter rivals played each other recently? The last 16 regular-season meetings between the teams, have seen 13 games been decided by four points or less!

Pittsburgh: Is it possible to be any tougher than Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger? He had knee surgery on Oct. 17 but has practiced on a limited basis during the past week. Roethlisberger was expected to miss four to six weeks but is now expected to return to the lineup. Landry Jones struggled in a 27-16 loss to the Patriots, finishing 29 of 47 for 281 yards with one TD and one INT. Roethlisberger threw for at least three TD passes in four of his first five starts and had nine TDs and zero picks in back-to-back wins over Kansas City and the New York Jets, before he was hurt in a loss at Miami. The Steelers have averaged fewer than 20 PPG the past five times they've been without Roethlisberger going back to last season and with this year's defense ranking 26th in total yards (390.1 per), Big Ben is needed.

Baltimore: To say the Ravens are 3-4 does not tell the entire story. Baltimore opened 3-0, gthe Bills 13-6 in Week 1, then adding back-to-back wins (by a combined seven points), over the Browns and Jags, teams with a combined record of 2-13! Four consecutive losses have followed (also 0-4 ATS) and now the Ravens return home and get the hated Steelers. Flacco leads an offense averaging just 19.0 PPG (26th), so there is little reason to believe the Ravens can take advantage of Pittsburgh's defensive shortcomings.

The pick: Baltimore's defense remains stout, allowing 19.9 PPG (9th) on 301.9 YPG (4th) but Pittsburgh WR Antonio Brown has 48 catches for 592 yards and five scores, while RB Le'Veon Bell has been outstanding since returning from his three-game suspension, leading the league with 147.2 yards from scrimmage per game. Baltimore has no offensive 'weapons' even remotely that good. A win here for Pittsburgh would put them on a path (at 5-3) to take control of a division (AFC North this season), whose teams have combined for just 10 wins so far in 2016, the fewest of any division in the NFL. One last thing. It's no small fact that the Ravens enter this game 2-11-1 ATS in home games since a Week 11 bye back in 2014. Pittsburgh is a 10* play.
