Utah could easily have a substantially better record. They are 1-8 in games decided by four or less. Again, straight up records are the most deceptive statistic in handicapping and the Utes are undervalued because of bad fortune. On the other hand, the Utes have won 16 of their 20 games this season by double figures and rank eighth in the nation in scoring margin (+13.2). Like we said, this team is so much better than their record.

Washington has eight wins by seven or fewer, so they have had some good fortune.
