Major
(NCAAF) Texas vs. Oklahoma,
Point Spread: 16.50 | -104.00 Texas (Away)
Result: Win
Oklahoma is in a huge bubble burst spot, fresh off a loss to TCU (a Wise Guy winner that avoided our backdoor disaster weekend that I will never forget). With all the suspensions and with a tough schedule, the Longhorns are a team that is going to continue to improve.

Texas has a nice running game to keep it close. Junior Johnathan Gray is leading the ground attack as expected, but he is getting plenty of help from senior Malcolm Brown. Gray leads the team with 301 yards and a 4.85 yards per carry average, adding a touchdown for good measure. Brown leads the team with two rushing scores of his own while averaging 3.78 yards per carry on his way to 246 yards through five games.

Texas is third in the Big 12 in scoring defense (19.2 points per game) and fourth in total defense (333 yards per game). The Horns baptism by fire and catching the Sooners when the chalk is in the tough bubble burst spot will keep this close.
