Houston suits up for a second time in August after last week's lightning-shortened HOF Game loss to the Bears...though that's not always a foolprooof indicator of subsequent success. We also like the thought of UCF rookie John Rhys Plumlee, who likely gets work in the second half, and just the type of mobile QB who flourishes in August.
