Buccaneers (+) over Bears- The storyline here is the return of Lovie Smith and Josh McCown to Chicago where one was head coach and the other played quarterback. (Guess which did what) McCown filled in for the injured Jay Cutler at mid-point last year and had 13 touchdown passes and only one interception. The Bears had a good defensive performance last week allowing only 13points against Minnesota winning 21-13 but, they are 0-6 ATS in games after allowing 15 points or less the previous week. Finally, the road team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings. Take TAMPA BAY!
