Jazz (+) over Trailblazers- The Portland Trailblazers are struggling of late having dropped three straight and eight of their last 10 in their worst stretch of basketball in four seasons. Utah meanwhile is off one of their better wins of the season a 110-100 victory over Golden State but had lost seven of their previous 10 before that surprising win. The Blazers are 0-4 ATS at home against teams with losing records in their last four but are 4-1 ATS in their last five meetings with the Jazz. Still, take the improving UTAH JAZZ!
