Marlins over Rockies- Changes at the top (General manager to manger) hasn't had any positive effect on Miami as they are now 12-games under .500 as they come home after being swept three games in Toronto. David Phelps (2-3, 4.68 ERA) is off his worst start of the season for the Marlins as he was shelled for nine runs and 11 hits in 3 2/3 innings at Colorado on Saturday. He is winless in his last three starts three of which came at home. Chris Rusin (2-0, 1.45) who fanned Giancarlo Stanton four times last time out will find the going a little tougher in Miami.
