Indians over Rays- The Tampa Bay Rays are in a bit of a funk as they have dropped four straight and just can't seem to get on base. The Rays have failed to put a runner on base in the first five innings in three of their last six game as opponents have been perfect against them that often. Tampa has lost seven of their last nine averaging only 2.4 runs per contest while the Indians are heating up. Carlos Carrasco (9-6, 4.16 ERA) seeks his 10th win but is only 1-3 with a respectable 3.33 ERA in five appearances against the Rays. This time he gets the victory. Take CLEVELAND!
