Bulls (+) over Rockets- Both these teams expected to be contenders in their respective conferences but both have dropped to the point where their future in the playoffs is in question. Chicago has got to get back to defense as they look to break their current four-game losing streak after loss against Miami when they allowed the Heat to shot 67.5% in a 129-11 loss. Houston is as up and down as they come and after a win last time out I expect them to rest on their laurels tonight. Take CHICAGO!
