Pacers (+) over Spurs- San Antonio continues to roll along without much fanfare and have won eight straight and now welcome the return of injured Manu Ginobili who scored 22 points in 15 minutes in his return Saturday against Sacramento. The Spurs have dominated the Pacers winning 15 of the last 16 meetings winning seven straight visits to Indiana. They are23-9 on the road (better then the Pacers home record 18-11) last losing here in April of 2007.
