New York Mets at Kansas City 8:35 ET
Mets over Royals- The two teams who met in last year's World Series and are both favored to meet once again this fall. The thing that strikes me odd in this season opener is that the Mets who lost four-of-five to Kansas City in the Fall Classic is favored on the road. Matt Harvey who is without a doubt the most over-rated player in baseball. Harvey has a grand total of 25 wins over the past four seasons and failed to defeated the Royals in either of his World Series starts last fall. So, this is how I see this opener and New York is favored. (looks funny to me). Take the METS!
