Suns over Pelicans- These last couple of week in NBA action have created a number of 'strange' looking lines with so many team resting starters and others just laying down getting ready to play golf. A prime example if the lowly Phoenix Suns winners of just 21 of 79 games favored on the road against a 30 win team. New Orleans has been a major disappointment due to injuries and a coaching change they make in the off-season.
