They will start their 'best' tonight Vince Velasquez (4-1, 2.70 ERA) who has no record against the Marlins except allowing four runs in six innings the last time they met 10 days ago. Miami will start Wei-Yin Chen (3-1, 4.40) who is 3-0 in his last four starts striking out a career high 12 batters in 6 1/3 innings against Milwaukee.
