St. Louis at Baltimore 7:05 ET
Cardinals over Orioles- The Orioles are one of the favorites to contend in the AL East and were expected to battle with the Red Sox for Division title. But, Baltimore is under .500 after dropping 7-of-8 off their road trip and are now 10-23 in their last 33 games. Tonight they open a 3-game inter-league series with the struggling Cardinals. With the O's 21-10 at home and St. Louis just 12-17 on the road it is difficult to understand why Baltimore is the underdog. Carlos Martinez (5-5, 2.95 ERA) may be the reason as he has pitched better then his record shows as the Cards have given him just 25 runs of support in his 12 starts. But, truly maybe it's because Orioles starter Kevin Gausman (6.49) can't get anybody out and is walking the ball park. Take ST. LOUIS!
