Ravens (+) over Dolphins- This is a tough call no so much because the Ravens have been terrible of late but because Matt Moore has been moved into the starting position at quarterback for Miami. Moore has been much more (ha) effective then Jay Cutler who really has no heart for the game and teammates rally around their 2nd replacement QB. Baltimore has won five of the last six regular season meetings and they are 7-0 ATS in the last seven meetings and will have three receivers return to action after missing the game at Minnesota. In a desperate position the Ravens have to fly here. Take BALTIMORE!
