Badgers (+) over Terrapins- My goodness, a pair of once proud programs are in the dumpster as perennial Big Ten challenger Wisconsin has been absolutely terrible going 1-7 ATS in their last eight games and Maryland really hasn't been all that better. The Terrapins have lost their last three but have played better at home where they are 12-2 straight-up and 8-2-1 ATS and the home team has won seven of the last nine ATS. Still, the Terps aren't good enough to lay this kind of number. Take WISCONSIN!
