Demon Deacons (+) over Hurricanes- Boy, do I have mixed feelings about this match-up as both these clubs have given me reasons for my misgivings. To start with I have spent so much time involved with the 'U' I feel like an alumni and Wake Forest has been a thorn in 'my' side this season as they currently 1-8 ATS (we had that win) in their last nine outings. So, the Hurricanes are off two wins over Pittsburgh and Virginia Tech and are back in the Top-25 and although they are 8-1 straight-up at home (a number of patsies) but they are just 1-3 ATS as hosts. Wake Forest holds an 11-8 series lead but Miami has won the last five at home. So...Deacons keep it close. Take WAKE FORREST!
