Mustangs (+) over Cougars- I know we have seen some D-1 routs at this level but for the most part it was women's basketball (UConn) destroying opposition by 60 or more points. But, Houston did it last time out against doormat East Carolina leading 62-13 at halftime before winning 109-58. SMU has played their last seven games with seven scholarship players or less because of injuries. Despite what is going on the Mustangs have won seven of the last nine regular season meetings and are 6-1 since both joined the AAC with the only loss this season at Houston. I expect a great effort from Mustangs at home who are 23-10-1 ATS in their last 34 games as hosts. Take SMU!
