Rockets (+) over Celtics- These two have the longest winning streaks on the NBA season as the Celtics had a 16-game streak as the season unfolded and now it is Houston that has a 14-game winning streak their second such streak of the year. In a meeting at the TD Garden in Boston on Dec. 28 the Celtics won 99-98 after Houston blew a 26-point lead. The Rockets played that contests without Chris Paul, Clint Capela and Luc Mbah a Moute. The Celtics who have won 4-in-a-row have struggled on offense at times and tonight they get exposed. Take HOUSTON!
