Angels over Athletics- After another letdown last season most have the Angels somewhere on the back burner even with the addition of former Japanese Super-Star Shohei Ohtani who was absolutely horrid in Spring training, hitting .125 with 1 RBI and 10 strikeouts and on the mound he was worse (if possible) going 2 2/3 innings allowing nine runs on nine hits including three homers. Lucky he is just a part of a six-man rotation. But, Garrett Richards has return to form this spring while Oakland starter Kendell Gaverman has struggled surrendering 12 runs and 18 hits in less then 15 innings. Add that Albert Pujols owns a lifetime .433 average against Gaverman, the Angels have also added Ian Kinsler and Zack Cozart to support Mike Trout. Take LOS ANGELES!
