Rays over Phillies- Philadelphia may be a much better club this season (they are!) then last year but they still have an inconsistent ace Vince Velasquez (1-1, 5.19 ERA) who has 10 strikeouts in 8.2 innings but has surrendered 13 hits. Tampa Bay will respond with Jake Faria (0-1, 14.29) who has been even worse allowing 16 baserunners in 5.2 innings. The Phillies still haven't gotten past their road woes as they are 2-8 in their last 10 on astro turf and 29-67 in their last 96 road games including 1-4 this season. The Rays are 6-2 over the Phillies in Tampa. Take TAMPA BAY!
