Seattle at Tampa Bay 7:10 ET
Rays over Mariners- Hey, has anyone checked the standings in the AL West? Well, it has the Mariners on top of the division with a full game lead (two in loss column) over Houston. Seattle had won five straight before their loss to the Astros last night and are facing Tampa Bay who has dropped their last six. Veteran Mike 'Klepto' Leak (5-3, 4.71 ERA) will start for the Mariners who swept (3-0) the Rays at home last weekend and they are 5-0 in Leak's last five starts. Tampa Bay will start Ryne Stanek (1-1, 3.65) is expected to start and go an inning or two before the managerial 'genius' gets to use five or six relievers. But, pitching has not been the Rays problem as they have score just 12 runs in their six-game losing streak. Although they are 2-8 in the last 10 games Stanek has pitched it won't matter as he won't be around that long. Take TAMPA BAY!
