Marlins over Giants- The Marlins were by far expected to be the worst team in baseball and have actually more wins then four other teams to date. San Francisco was another club that low expectations after a dismal 2017. The Giants were active in the off-season to help their pitching but have been beset with injuries to Madison Bumgarner, Johnny Cueto and Jeff Samardzija and installed Chris Stratton (7-3, 4.63 ERA) as a starter. He will be facing Miami for the first time while the Marlins will start rookie Trevor Richards (0-3, 5.02) who is winless through six career starts. SF is just 14-22 on the road while Miami's 12-20 home record is not so hot but on par with the Giants. Take MIAMI!
