Panthers (+) over Eagles- From what I have seen both through the Pre-season (0-4 ATS) and regular season Philadelphia does not pass the eye test. They are just not in sync as last season and injuries are having an impact. Carolina is about where we expected them to be with an inconsistent offense and an offense that is dependent on a quarterback that is at his best when on the move. One good thing that can be said about 'that' quarterback is that Cam Newton is 19-8 ATS as a dog coming off a loss including 11-2 ATS if getting more +3. Finally, Eagles are 12-18-1 ATS after Thursday games. Take CAROLINA!
