Buccaneers (+) over Saints- Can lightening strike twice for the Buccaneers who opened the season with a 48-40 win over the Saints in New Orleans. After that loss the Saints reeled off 10 straight wins before their 13-10 loss at Dallas where they were shut out in the first half. In the Buc's week one win it was Ryan Fitzpatrick who started at quarterback for the suspended Jameis Winston and threw for 417 yards. 'Fitzmagic' is calling Uber to ride the bench as 'America's Bad-boy' will be back under center. After a four interception and two fumble performance against the Giants a 38-35 loss, Winston has zero turnovers with four TD's in the last two games both wins. The Bucs have won the last two meetings and know they can win here. Take TAMPA BAY!
