Bulls (+) over Kings- This 'price' seems a bit too inviting as the Kings enter the Windy City favored by less than a field goal against a team that has on only six of 27 games and are off their worst loss in franchise history 133-77 to Boston. Sacramento has made huge strides this season with the addition of Marvin Bagley III to work with center Willie Cauley-Stein and shooting guard Buddy Hield. The Kings who are playing their fourth straight road game are 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 meetings at Chicago.
