Bulls (+) over 76ers- Philadelphia is certainly a team that has to be recognized as the threat in the East with Joel Embiid in the lineup and now have been able to show that they can win without him in the lineup. The 76ers have won 4-of-6 in his absence and now take their act on the road visiting Chicago tonight off of last night's 114-106 win at Orlando. The Bulls who have made great strides this season although having lost their last two outings. But, the Sixers play down to their opposition as they are 5-11 ATS when play teams with winning percentage under 40%. Finally, the home team is 4-0 ATS in this series and the 76ers are 1-5 ATS in their last six trips to the Windy City. Take CHICAGO!
