Philadelphia at New York Mets 1:10 ET
Mets over Phillies- After completing their first three-game sweep in nearly two months, the New York Mets will attempt to harness their newfound momentum overseas when they open a two-game set with the Philadelphia Phillies in London on Saturday. Momentum has not been hard to come by for Philadelphia, which has won six of its past seven games. Like the Mets, the Phillies headed across the pond on the heels of a sweep. Left-hander Sean Manaea (3-2, 3.63 ERA) as tagged for six runs (five earned) on six hits in 5 2/3 innings to take a loss against the Arizona Diamondbacks last Saturday. In four career appearances (two starts) against Philadelphia, Manaea is 1-1 with a 3.52 ERA. Philadelphia is set to counter with fellow southpaw Ranger Suarez (9-1, 1.70). It just seems too one sided. Take METS!
