Indians over Royals- The Cleveland Indians who are in the wild card hunt are so confident that they will be selling playoff tickets starting Monday as they move to within a half game of a berth. The Indians are starting rookie Danny Salazar (1-2, 2.66 ERA) who has had five straight starts allowing two or fewer earned runs.
