Pelicans (+) over Mavericks- It's difficult for me to believe that the Pelicans are just 13-19-2 ATS as 'we' have had such great success (wins) using them both at home and on the road although they do enter this contest having lost five straight to the 'number' and only covered once in their last seven games. Part of the problem for New Orleans is the loss of one of their top scorers in Tran Anderson who went down with a herniated disc in his neck. Dallas is having their own problems as they have lost three of their last four games and are 0-4 ATS the last four Friday's. The Mavericks are 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings but they are 5-11 ATS in the last 16 meetings in New Orleans. Shawn Marion will be missing for the Mavs with a rib injury and the Pelicans will take advantage of the defensive difference. Take NEW ORLEANS!
